Use this list when the outcome should be an NBA franchise name. Use the group or team generator when you are assigning people to Squad A / Squad B for a gym class.

Keeping repeats fair

For a multi-round “guess the player from this team” game, turn on the session pool so the same franchise is less likely to appear twice in a row.

Edit a line if a franchise relocates or rebrands—your local copy is what gets randomized.

Are all 30 teams included?

Yes. Delete any you want off the board before you draw.

Can I draw East only?

Delete Western Conference teams from the list, then run Pick.

Is this a ranking of best NBA teams?

No. Every franchise has equal chance unless you edit the list. It is a randomizer, not a power ranking.
