Ready-made list

Pick a raffle winner from a list

Small raffles and classroom prize draws need a transparent pick—not a handwritten scrap from a bowl you cannot audit. Paste exports from forms and draw in front of your audience.

Replace sample entries with your real entrants, set how many prizes you have, and draw without repeats.

Live draw checklist

Deduplicate entries first if your form allowed multiples. Show the “no repeats” setting on screen before you click Run for prize one, two, and three.

This tool does not pull Instagram comments or ticket PDFs. Export names yourself, then paste—simpler compliance story for small orgs.

Multiple prizes without drama

Set Pick count to the number of prizes in one run, or pick one at a time with the session pool so the audience sees each reveal separately.

Record a seed only if your rules require a reproducible audit; otherwise leave seed off for a fresh crypto draw each time.

How to use this list

  1. 1

    Paste real entries

Overwrite samples with your form export, one entrant per line.

  2. 2

    Set prize count

Match Pick count to how many winners you will announce.

  3. 3

    Draw and screenshot

Copy or print winners for your records after the reveal.

Tips for this scenario

  • Announce eligibility rules before the draw, not after.
  • Import .csv if your export is comma-separated on one line.
  • Weighted entries (Entry|2) are for bonus tickets—enable Weighted pick explicitly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pick multiple winners without repeats?

Yes. Set Pick count to your prize count and leave no-repeats on so each entry wins at most once.

Does this connect to Instagram?

No. Paste a list you already collected. We do not scrape social networks.

Should I use a seed for raffles?

Only if your published rules require reproducibility. Most casual raffles should leave seed off.
