Groups mode deals chores into piles you can label with each person’s name. Shuffle mode creates a sequence for “chore of the day” calendars.
Re-run weekly so the random draw stays fresh. Saving a share link helps if one roommate sets up the list on a shared tablet.
Balancing hard vs easy tasks
Random does not guarantee equal effort. After the draw, allow one voluntary swap, or mark tough chores with higher weights if you later pick single tasks instead of splitting.
