Sticks, cards, and the session pool

Physical sticks leave drawn names out until the cup is full again. Turn on the session draw pool here for the same “everyone once” feel, then reset when the pool is empty.

Give wait time and allow pass-with-return so anxiety stays low—the tool is for equity, not gotchas.
